Hello and Thank You for visiting the website of SAMS Post #1859!

Pig War began serving Northwest Washington and lower Vancouver British Columbia during Spring 2021.  This is a specialized Post formed around its Pipe & Drum Corps.  All members of the Scottish–American Military Society (SAMS) are gladly accepted into Pig War.  While our Post has a pipe & drum corps at its center, one does not need to play bagpipes or drums to be an 1859 member or to participate.  We are an active Post where everyone has a role and we look forward to your contributions!
